PISMO SPECIJALNOG PAPSKOG IZASLANIKA FRANCISKA PALOVINETIJA MITROPOLITU CRNOGORSKO – PRIMORSKOM DANILU DAJKOVIĆU

Upućeno 28. decembra 1969. godine.
U nastavku sledi pismo specijalnog papskog izaslanika Franciska Palovinetija upućeno 28. decembra 1969. godine blaženopočivšem mitropolitu Crnogorsko – primorskom Danilu Dajkoviću. On ga je dva dana ranije, kao preporuku pod brojem 22384 pisao u Metkoviću a uputio iz Sarajeva. Pismo se čuva u arhivi Mitropolije Crnogorske primorske. U pismu je jasno iznesen „ekumenistički“ stav rimske crkve prema Crnoj Gori. No. Neka pismo samo govori:
VAŠE PREOSVEŠTENSTVO, Molim da mi oprostite na greškama, ali trudiću se da ih bude što manje, jer sam po prvi put u poverljivoj misije ovdje. Molim da razumijete moje napore koje činim sam uz pripomoć veoma odanih i povjerljivih saučesnika, ali sve to da što bolje i svjesnije, da najbolje namjere Svete Stolice izvršim što razboritije uz veliku obazrivost, maštao sam naročito upozoren.
Nosim Vam specijalnu poruku Svegtog Oca Pape i NJegovu poruku treba lično da uručim pa sam rado prihvatio ovaj naporni put da se uz njegov blagoslov objekoveči trud i obezbijedi Vaša saglasnost i saučešće što je izričita želja Sv. Oca Pape pa sam pošao na ovaj istorijski put koji treba da ovjekoveči Vas. No, evo u Sarajevu sam pozvan u Nadbiskupiju i zadržan, hitno obaviješten sa napomenom da momentalno nije pogodan momenat – naime papa bi u oči moja prisutnost na Cetinju, pa bi mogle nastupiti nemile posledice i noge neprijatnosti od nenamjernih zli ljudi Vaše sredine, sto bi omelo i mnogo naškodilo postignutim uspjesima u odvajanju Vaše Svete crkve od naturene separatističke jeresi. Mnogo se postiglo i Sv. OTac papa je veoma zadovoljan i predložio je da bi bilo najbolje da se skine ona mala kapela i smjesti u muzej ili NJeguše gdje bi odgovarao namjeni, gdje istorija toga vremena izmrlog naroda još jedino ne može da vidi. Svima je jasno da sadašnji narod nema više ništa zajedničko sa nekadašnjim narodom orijentisanim velikosrpskom ideologijom koja je zroupotrijebila ovaj narod, koji eto može se reći potpuno izumire.
Novi narod sa novim navikama i novim životom je narod budućnosti i novih pregnuća, pa je voljan Sv. Otac Papa da ovaj narod svesrdno pomogne i da ga povrati u pravu Hristovu vjeru zašto je voljan i da uloži velika sredstva. Sv. Otac Papa je voljan da dade 500 miliona lira kao pomoć za izradu mauzoleja koji ti hrabri ljudi tako uporno traže i žele, pa će i Papina pomoć mnogo doprinjeti, pa će samo tražiti da u mauzolej budu smestene kosti Lucije – Crnogorske (Ozane Kotorske), koja je još ranije prešla u pravu Hristovu vjeru i do smrti bila izložena svim proganjanjima, ali nikad nije htjela da tu vjeru osramoti i ostavi.
Zato će ona biti oglašena Sveticom i želja bi bila da se njeni ostaci pohrane u mauzolej zašto će biti izgra|en veliki i divan sakrofag koji će krasiti unutrašnjost mauzoleja. Sv. Otac Papa cijeniće veoma Vaše napore i veliku duševnu i prosvjetnu vrijednost, cijeneći Vašu odanost svetoj crkvi, a verujući da će u Vama naići na saradnika u borbi da se uspostavi u Crnoj Gori prava Hristova vjera i osamostali kao novorođenče Sv. Oca Pape, on je voljan da sve žrtve podnese i sva sredstva za to uloži, pa jedva čeka da se osveti Divni Hram u Titogradu i uspostavi biblioteka, dovedu misionari i otpočne pomaganje tog dobrog naroda u prevođenju pravoj Hristovoj vjeri.
U tome Sv. Otac Papa računa na Vašu saradnju i voljan je da Vam ponudi položaj među svojim najbližim saradnicima a da Vi rukovodite svim tim poslovima uz zagarantovanu diskreciju. To je bila moja misija i to bi bila poruka koju sam imao da uručim sa još mnogim drugim, pa kako sam spriječen i kako su sada uzoštrene mnoge nesigurnosti od pakosti ljudi, to sam obaviješten da prilikom posjete Predsjednika, od strane Paćinelija i dodira istog sa izvjesnim hrabrim ljudima Titograda, da se ovo sada izbjegne i zatraži dodir ili sastanak u Zagrebu ili Đakovu, kako bi se izbjeglo da se pedaju novčana sredstva i nagrade hrabrim ljudima na mjestima koja bi bila podloga neprijatnosti kako tih hrabrih ljudi tako i sveg dosadašnjeg uspjeha i rada.
Iznoseći Vam ovo molim Vas da razumijete veliko interesovanje Sv. Oca pape za Vaša velika djela i ljubav prema svojoj pastvi koja treba da se prevede pravoj Hristovoj vjeri za što bi Vi bili najpogodnija ličnost. Vjerujem da Vam je poznat udio Sv. Oca Pape kod odvajanja makedonske crkve, no iz specijalnih razloga u današnjoj vjeri, što je bilo uslovljeno od tih hrabrih ljudi u Skoplju, koji su voljnni da se u dogledno vrijeme i taj narod prevede u pravu Hristovu vjeru. Iz želje da se sve to najljepše sredi molim da donesete Vašu odluku gdje bi željeli da se lično sastanemo i primite sve što Vam donosim, a Vi mi dadete Vašu saglasnost ili mogućnost, dostavite Nadbiskupiji Zagreb.
